The annual ceremony recognised students who achieved Top in the World, Top in the Region, and Top in the Country results in UK examinations delivered by Cambridge, Pearson, and OxfordAQA, reaffirming Jordan’s strong performance within the global UK education ecosystem.

The event brought together over 400 guests, including 80 representatives from British Council Partner Schools, parents and teachers to celebrate excellence, perseverance and the transformative power of education. Attendees included Professor Azmi Mahafza, Minister of Education, His Majesty’s Ambassador to Jordan, Philip Hall, and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, alongside representatives from the three UK awarding bodies, Cambridge, Pearson and OxfordAQA.

Alex Lambert, Country Director, Jordan at the British Council noted: ‘The Queen Rania Outstanding UK Learner Awards continue to highlight the extraordinary talent, ambition, and resilience of students in Jordan. These achievements reflect not only academic excellence, but also the strength of partnerships between students, families, schools and international education systems.’

Ameera Mannaa, Exams Director – Iraq, Jordan, Palestine and Libya at the British Council noted: ‘Year after year, we see students achieving at the highest international standards, a testament to their determination, the professionalism of educators and the confidence that schools and families place in UK education. These outcomes reinforce Jordan’s position as a leader in international education across the region.’

In addition to student achievement, the ceremony recognised the essential role played by teachers, school leaders and parents, whose commitment and support remain central to student success, reinforcing the collective effort behind each achievement.
